How is Accenture Technology diff from Accenture Strategy? I had an offer from the former which I had rejected due to low hike given to me just 20% more. Now AS HR contacted me for an opening and he told me that they don’t mind taking my candidature forward as it’s diff from the tech. Also looks like their pay grade is much higher than Tech division. The opening is for a Data Engineer ( Manager level) my question is did anyone recently join or going to join in a similar role.

Account side to sales? I’ve been toying with the idea of moving into a sales role from advertising, and wondering if any other account people have done this?

Does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated when peers with the same role seemingly get away with delivering a lower quality of work? To be clear, I don’t mean that it “appears” they are doing less work, as I know the level of effort you actually see might not tell the whole story. How do you get a client to move away from wanting meetings only after 5pm? I’ve had a few meetings with them after work hours and I think they now expect that I’m always free after 5 to talk when they want. I think I’m within my rights to not have meetings after work hours (of course with exceptions when urgent), but these are often just discussions that could happen via email.
