AFAIK they put their creative under review and let agencies pitch last autumn. I don't know what the outcome was, but chances are you will be given the boring work if you go inhouse while the juicy projects go to the agency.
Good to know, thank you!
Iβve worked in-house at a travel company and itβs an industry that does an unbelievable amount of cookie cutter direct mail and emails. The upside is that there can be some great travel perks, but the actual work is little to no creativity and a lot of cutting and pasting slight variations of the same copy into the content management system.
Yeah tbh I was bored silly when I did it, but often think Iβd consider going back to it in the future when Iβve had it with the grind of advertising
lol they ghosted me after an initial phone screen with the recruiter but it seems like they mostly do 6 month contracts w/the possibility to extend. the work itself seemed ok?
That makes me nervous too but sometimes I contemplate the contractor life. Thatβs pretty much what a recruiter reached out to me for, so just curious before I bite and see what happens. 6 months is not nearly long enough tho
This sounds like it would be a really fun role. I haven't worked for them personally but it looks like a good job.
