I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Get a limited package for 1) Resume 2) Main Essay/Story Edit.
Overpriced but they helped me as I did not have the support system and did not know how to approach it.
Same. Was about 7 years ago when I applied but found it helpful. Got some scholarship money (that I may not have gotten otherwise) so worth it even tho pricey
I’ve written recommendations for some folks that have used them. Couldn’t speak to pricing, but they wound up going to schools a tier higher than what I expected.
I used one hourly for very specific areas where I thought they could add value, which for me was a couple of rounds of essay review and a couple of mock interviews. Maybe 5-6 hours total at something $200 or $250 an hour. Truth is I’ll never know if it made a difference but things worked out well and I don’t regret it. The all inclusive packages seem a bit unnnecessary for all but the least self motivated applicants.

My favorites are the ones you have to prove your worth to. It’s almost like they’re signaling ‘you’d get into a great school anyway, but push over a phat stack to me, and I’ll help you sleep a bit better for a few months.’
I worked with one and got a full package to apply to 2 schools but I’m not from the US so I was new to American style university applications. I would say it was 100% worth the money as I got into my first choice school.
If you’re planning on spending $200k for your MBA then what’s an extra $5k to get you top tier help to try to get into the best school?
I went with an admissions consulting firm that was full of people who used to be on the admissions committee for my dream school. It seemed like a no brainer for me.
Very helpful for me. I had nontraditional elements of my career which could have been either negatives or slight positives depending on how they were presented.
