Got offered 83k to start as an analyst for Deloitte’s controllership advisory position. Coming from one year. Of audit experience from pwc. Should I accept this pay from Deloitte? I hear A1’s in pwc advisory make 84k and A2’s make 95k. I feel used and undersold.

Are there any companies hiring remote rn and willing to take a change on someone looking for a career change? I’m a senior manager in operations, but I just don’t like what I do. Applied to a Tech Transactions Associate position at Greenberg Traurig, looking for 2-6 YOE and stating $190k-$225k comp. in the post. Got a email from HR to set up an hour long initial call.

How many phases are in the interview process?

Is the stated salary in line with their other Tech. Trans. associates? Do they negotiate salaries for laterals?

Thoughts on considering/accepting counteroffers from current firm that you are leaving? I feel as if I will always have a target on my back and a reactive versus proactive positioning from the current firm says a lot as I had been asking for a switch for a little while. She has no prior experience in IT but has strong process knowledge regarding UK and Australia General Insurance and excellent communication skills.

Would she be able to handle the role of a BA is her Q.
I have been training her on what BA does and how documents are created and she is a quick learner.
