Had the craziest experience today at 1st ultrasound. Measured 6w5d (what I should be based on FET) but sonographer told me HR was 87 (low). I was hysterical (had a previous MMC after an initial low HR) and doctor came in and rescanned and said everything looked perfect and HR was 119 BPM! I am trying so hard to take comfort in the second scan but this is so stressful. Please send positive vibes my way 😭😭

Client issue - I’m on one of my client’s supervisor’s “bad list.” Our firm requires updates every 60-90 days. Rarely miss sending reports on time, but some of the clients request updates every 20-30 days. I try to respond timely, but don’t always, often will just send a reply saying I will have this for you within 1 week or ASAP. One of my friend in Wipro has completed 6 months, still he has not received confirmation mail of permanent position , as the notice period in probation is 30 days and probation period is of 6 months, after probation NP is 90 days , if he put papers now , does he have to serve 90 days Notice period or it will be 30 days??

While in PAAS company use legacy technology and product almost developed while we have to maintan that ,No learning growth for experience people for new technology .
