~$3M net worth including the prime residence. No debt. Age 38. Third kid is on the way and planning to send the kids to private schools. Wife makes around $100K from her small business which can also grow. Can I quit and focus on our businesses? Tuitions and health insurance scare me. It will get harder to quit as I get to 40s. Don’t want to die doing consulting.

I just got a job offer from Chase for an expansion branch as a relationship banker. 50K base with $1500 guaranteed commission for the first year. Is this on par or could I get a bit more with a counter? 7 years military leadership experience, 7 years sales experience , and 2 semester away from completing my MBA. Hi Everyone, I have joined IBM 2 weeks back and project is not assigned to me yet. Now the thing is IBM has my previous company as client, Now HR asking me to work over there for atleast 6months. But am not at all interested to go over there and work.

Can we reject this project and ask IBM HR to show me some other projects. TILL NOW NO OTHER PROJECT IS SHOWN TO ME

Even my people manager also wants to work me there but I told him not interested. Will it effect me in any way at IBM.
