The package is 43k, which I find very little considering my 3YOE in consulting.

I recently asked my boss for a raise after discussing a yearly review with them. I was told because there was a company wide raise back in December, that would technically be my raise, which was $0.45/hr. I’ve stepped in to a number of roles here and feel I am not being paid adequately after taking on the extra work. I’m wondering how to go about asking for a raise of $2/hr after all this.

Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? Was going to join TCS on July 25th. Last minute Onboarding manager mailed that my DOJ is postponed to next onboarding date due to internal process pending. My recruiter doesn't reply to my mails or calls. Any suggestions what to proceed next. Does this mean my offer is rejected.

TCS HR sent me salary Structure 2 Month back and said will be sharing offer letter Next week. Since then , They are sharing only last week Again came and took screen shot again and now not picking call. It's Been more than 3 Month and they say we are working on your offer letter.
Should I wait for them ?

I have attended a TCS interview and cleared the HR discussion too. I was asked to upload the required documents and verified too. It's been a month since I received an update. I have called up HR and he said the requirement is frozen. Can I still expect an offer letter or they stopped it.
Now I cannot apply any more jobs also in IBegin portal. It says you cannot apply, becasue the status in portal is showing evaluation is in progress
