I interviewed for analyst at Deloitte in September. Cleared 2 rounds of interview alongwith an assignment submission.
Got a positive feedback from HR manager. I was told( on a call in October) they'll get back but till today, I haven't received any clarity. Another HR contacted me in November regarding a different opportunity but same is the case here after 2 interviews. Is it normal in Deloitte to ghost the candidates after the interview or do I have some hope here?

I'm hiring soon for a clinical pharmacist roles to do prior authorizations from home. It's state programs and mainly 9 to 5. What should the compensation be? It'll include 3 weeks vacation and all holidays off btw.

Found out today my toxic manager bad mouthed me to an HR rep in a different division. This correlated with his bad management and abusive behavior. Does it make sense to hire someone with UX design knowledge at an in-house company? We have one main website and two smaller websites (merch and media) and no mobile app. We have two candidates for an open graphic designer position but one has UX design experience and is asking for more pay. We aren’t creating new websites or anything, but that person might be updating the main Wordpress site. How might that skill set benefit us?
