Has there been a time where you had a hard time selling a property? If so what made it hard to sell and how did you finally sell it?

Yes, there have been times when it has been hard to sell a property, but that is to be expected in any market. I remain positive and am confident that I can sell the property with the right marketing and approach.

I've had a few times where it's been hard to sell a property, but usually it's because the market isn't right or we're asking too much. We've had a few situations where we had to drop the price significantly, but in the end we were able to sell it.

Skip the pre-tax 401k in favor of mega Backdoor Roth? Thoughts?

Rationale is building up a tax advantaged nest egg for retirement and then using brokerage for more med term goals (5-8 years). I can afford to pay taxes now and compounding benefit is high.

Income ‘22,190k. ‘23, 295k. Age 26

I would be capturing company match with either 401k contribution. I wouldn’t be maxing out mega Backdoor, probably about 25-30k. Want to put another 50k in brokerages

Has anyone had experience with follicle size discrepancy? I’m trying to freeze my eggs; on day 8/9 ultrasound they counted 4 follicles larger than 11mm, two of which are already mature, 16.7mm and 18.9mm. They also said I have another 5+ in each ovary that are smaller than 11mm. The phone call with the doctor was pretty grim (he basically said we might need to cancel the cycle as 4 follicles is too few for elective freezing). Can the smaller ones maybe catch up? Anyone with a similar experience?

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently a civil design engineer, and trying to switch to real estate as a Program Manager. I have an interview in a week where they tell me I will have to work on ( for about 3-4 hours ) on an operational case study.

Does anyone here have any case studies in Real estate that they can share ? and if they're from France, that would be even better.

Thank you in advance !

To make your listings more appealing to potential buyers, realtors should include home decor that reminds the clients to something from their childhood. It's a bit weird what I'm saying but I included some old popular Norman Rockwell paintings (not original ofc) and most of my clients have mentioned how they feel "right at home" with those frames hanging up

As realtors, our worst and best friend are the contractors, being friends with the contractor that remodelled a home you are going to sell is a plus because you can know for sure what kind of improvements were made to the house and why; and what kind of things are pending to be improved, that way you can provide real information to the client. You know what they say: a happy client always comes back to you.
