Our practice had a virtual cooking class. They hired the chef to teach and sent out the shopping list and recipes ahead of time. It was a lot of fun!

Did the company send them the chocolate / wine?

Ours was through Dandelion Chocolates in SF

Coffee and tea tasting led by an outside party for a team event

Sounds neat! Do you know who the outside company was that they used?

Virtual bartending class for ~10 friends. We hired a bartender from our favorite local bar and they sent ingredients a week in advance

Virtual escape rooms - so much fun. Www.virtualescaperoom.com

By close of eyes is not a reasonable time for any deliverable to be due. You work from home not 24/7. Let’s normalize standard working hours; if work isn’t done within eight to nine hours in day then it’s time for evaluate systems, if all those Zoom calls were necessary and staff utilization.

I'm switching jobs and considering whether I want to roll over my 401(k). I have about $220k in my plan. Considering rolling it into an existing Fidelity IRA with a balance of about $50k. Since October of 2020, I've paid about $880 in "plan administrative fees" to my 401(k) provider as well as the fund expense ratios. It looks like Fidelity does not charge administrative fees on IRA accounts, so that seems to make it a no brainer, plus the investment options are much broader. What am I missing?
