TCS Whitefield(13kms from my home) and IBM Manyata Tech( 23 kms). Joining date May 1st week. Offered almost same salary. Heard that IBM is calling back to office. I'd take the one with more growth opportunity, so the cyber one. Also I would think the technical offer has a higher salary lined up down the line than the admin one as you promote.

Ummm, I think the technical role has more growth potential. And if it’s going to be a bump from your current role, go for it!
Admin has zero security in today’s world. Well, in the consulting world it is the first group to go when times are tough. Zero growth. Cyber- well, now demand for that work will never decrease and the growth opportunities remain pretty broad which is great. Also here the pay grows faster.
Go with the Cyber position, so much more growth and exit opportunities.
How much more interested are you in offer 1? Maybe try to quantify it and it’ll make $20k difference look a lot less. Also try to see it from 5-10 years out. If it gets you to a place you’d rather be that far out then the salary difference isn’t much.
