Hi all, recently a recruiter from Amazon reached out for an SDE 2(2+ years of exp. required) role and I'm a recent CS grad. I gave the OA (which was extremely difficult w/ 99% cut-off) and other tasks related to the OA. A few hours back, I got a call from the recruiter that I had cleared the assessment and tasks and said that they are looking for 2+ years of exp. I said I'm open to the SDE1 role and said she'll ask her colleagues. Idk what to expect now 😥 Amazon Amazon India

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

As a senior manager they’re pretty much just partners interviewing you, right? I’m guessing they just want to make sure you didn’t forget the lies you said in the first Interview
Likely a good thing. They may just want to talk to you about team and culture, or they may be stuck between two candidates. I’ve had this happen and it was positive
AS1- that’s why you have to stick to the same lies over and over... never try out a new lie on an interview!
AS1: Tax OMP, line partner, and industry group MD. And don't worry, I've got my lies straight...they've gotten me this far!
Tell a lie often enough and you might even believe it yourself.
