I would not invest money you need in 2 years. Put that in some combination of ibonds, HYSA, tbills, CDs, etc.
Since you have a good amount of cash and time, I'd look into some bank bonuses (usually requires you leave the cash there a few months to qualify). Chase has one for $600 and Sofi has one for $25 with referral (I have one if you need) + $300 with direct deposit.
I believe Ally and Discover also have some cash bonuses out there. Usually these bonuses are worth much more than chasing a fraction of a percent in interest.
Only downside is making sure you fulfill the bonus terms correctly (keeping $ there for the required time frame, not closing the account for 6 months, etc). And just keeping track of the accounts. If I wanted to maximize bonuses, I would have like 7 HYSAs, but that's a bit too much for me.
Smaller bonuses may not be worth the hassle, but the ones I mentioned are pretty good. It's an easy $925. You can always move the money out after the terms are met to your HYSA of choice.

Ally has a new deposit bonus of 1% up to $50k plus pays a competitive interest rate. If I were in your shoes I'd consider doing that with $50k and invest the rest.
Ibonds & I’d be comfortable gambling 2 years on the market since it’s already down 23% honestly. I think it’s a solid time to buy and while there’s risk I think once we get to presidential elections (things always change around these times in anticipation for policy/leadership changes ) and reduced inflation you could make some decent short term money with less downside than a year ago.
