Since you have 63, you only need to take 65, not 66
Kaplan
Foresters is right. But if you’re gonna take the test, Kaplan does a good job. It’s who I used and passed first time without an issue
Google “Pass The Series 65”... good book. Helped me way back when. Kaplan is good also.
Kaplan
I have my 7, 63 and 66 (not 65). You could take either. 65 has more legal jargon and is a lengthier exam. 66 is shorter ,i believe 100 questions, and less like the 63 exam you took. Regardless , I agree with the majority of comments; Kaplan's the way to go.
Check your state registration reqs. CA did not let me take the 66 because its been over 4 years since I took my series 7.
Kaplan is the way to go.
Thanks for all the input, enjoy your weekend
I am truly "old school", I passed my 7 in 1979 on my first attempt, took my 65 in the early 90s, I hold the 24. I would recommend STI, Securities Training Institute or some similar name. They have been around for a very long time, like myself. Call me and I am more than willing to help you, I would recommend rescheduling your exam about further out than six weeks. The 65,66 is all about regulations and the law, which you want to know dead cold. Google the training company and get the materials right away.
Got the Kaplan with on demand classes. Was inclined to think I could pass it because of time in business. Playing it safe with 7 weeks to go. Thank you for all the input !
Kaplan or fire solutions
Testeachersonline.com always got me through! I hated Kaplan
Kaplan or STC for series 65, fire solutions for 66
Then a transition to LPL so the 66 goes on the back burner for 12 weeks or so
