I have recently joined Accenture and the work load is too much, i told my manager about it effecting my health for extra hours, he suggested me to change team or change process or change role, please suggest what is the best option? Even after changing team/process what is the guarantee that it will be stress free, should I completely change my profile?

Typical lawyer answer, but, it depends. Where is the opportunity? If it’s something that can be turned into a stepping stone closer to your goal spot, then maybe taking the underpaid gig for 1-year is worth it. At the same time, in my area, it’s a hiring frenzy rn so I’d suggest really exhausting job prospects/leveraging info from recruiters before taking the jump. Either way, I’d get out of ID. Never worked ID myself, but heard my share of horror stories and think most are overworked/underpaid. If you’re going to be overworked, might as well be getting paid for it. And, if you’re going to be underpaid, it might as well be a gov spot, for the benefits, potential loan forgiveness, etc.
I’d still look into options, but def take the jump. I do a fair share of L&E litigation—I love it, think it’s a sweet spot area if I ever considered lateraling, and think it’s ideal for any company (in house/outside counsel/compliance). I’d take the jump with the pay cut (if need be—but try negotiating), work for a year ~while joining local bar groups/networking and drafting some articles in the field~ and leverage those experiences. After a year you can jump around from there. Also, depending on how your interview went/circumstances of offer/hiring, I’d consider proposing a 6 mo. review to the prospective employer from the outset to be evaluated for a potential raise prior to the 1-year mark, if possible. Due to the hiring market rn, think it’s worth a shot. And, perhaps of most importance, good luck!!
