Ideas for law-adjacent positions in the pharmaceutical/biotech sphere? I see various positions but none post salary so I have no idea how that would match up with expectations. It also seems like most jobs want a bachelors degree plus a few years experience or 8-10 years of experience (without much in between). I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. Inflation costs are killing my pipeline. Many of my deals are scaling back greatly because of their rising operating costs.

How do we overcome the inflation objection? I mean obviously the answer is to show how much value we offer, but how do we do that when all of the companies we work with barely have enough funding?

Two offers. Is it best to choose the company that is most stable because it’s larger but lacks a clear product offering and entering a new sector or the company that is more in growth phase but has clearer product offering?

bases are off by 20k, haven’t countered yet. OTE sounds comparable but have more faith in the clearer product offering.

Hi! Is it normal to feeling burn out after 10 months of working? I got a job as a sale coordinators which is a new position for a new department in my company. In this position, my boss expects me to be a sale rep, costumer support, and account management. With everything I have to be available at all time, meeting a potential costumer in the morning and taking order in the evening till midnight. All this for 48k, it’s my first salary job for me. Am I supposed to work this much?
