Pwc1 lmao! OP, I know plenty of senior manager + senior relationships (even with the female being more senior), and they can work out. However, 13 years is a STRETCH. If she isn’t sharing the signs, then forget about it and move on. On the other hand ... she might ? The older I get, the less I think about age in the opposite gender.
