I have received an email from the ZS HR that I cleared all the interview rounds and requested for documents. I have shared all the requested documents. ( This all happened last week) Today I replied to HR mail for an update I found out that HR is out of the office until next month through automatic mail. What should I do now. ZS Associates
Any Boston Consulting Group fishes know if: 1) I can get referred to a position I was rejected from after pymetrics (no R1); 2) what the cool-down period for a rejection like this is? A recruiter in the generalist track told me 5 months but the position I applied to was in ECT so wanted to double check. Thanks!
I am reaching out to you all and am looking forward to break into Investment Banking from Consulting. Applied to Goldman Sachs via a referral but my resume is stuck after HireVue. Talked to the VO who referred me and he said Goldman doesn’t hire in Q4. If that’s true and still need to be in GS, can someone forward my resume directly to the team? Their career portal sucks. TIA Goldman Sachs PS: I promise a dinner in a dance place in NY after I get hired as a sign of my gratitude 🙈

This is interesting. I have always viewed multiple level interviews and the ability for a person to advance a good thing. So congrats for that. At this stage all you can do is keep doing what you are doing. It sounds so cliche i know, but it has obviously been working. Best wishes!
I have been reached out by the recruiters for this bank twice and been told that the hiring managers want to interview me for a higher position instead of the one I applied for. In this interview I got the same vibe, I felt like I was being interviewed for something higher than what I applied for and even called me the role name multiple times…. I would take the lesser position either way! Lol they both pay great
Every time I interviewed with the major american banks it was for a like entry level “analyst program” and its always been 2 interviews for me. One recorded virtual and one phone or in person interview. So you must be doing something well and/or filling in a really important position and meeting the team! goodluck!
