Maybe a slight increase in base. Bonuses for a SA are around 6%.
Also BTW SA is kind of fake title at Slalom. It’s basically a “senior consultant”.
Solutions principal is the first management rung and will get you closer to your current total comp. I’d shoot for that.
@SM1 Yes and no. I work out of the Slalom Boston office and we get a lot of talent from both Deloitte and PwC that certainly enjoy it and stick around. That said, I think the Boston office runs a little truer to form and has some of the highest raises and bonuses across Slalom.
Lower than you think
Honestly the idea we don’t pay well is not entirely correct. We pay to get you in the door. Your raises typically don’t keep pace.
FWIW I’m an sa in a similar col city making 160and getting about 10% bonus each year.
Currently 11 YOE, MBA, Manager at another competing firm making $145k base and around $180k total comp. Can I expect to negotiate a raise to switch?
They said SA in Chicago
Is there an ESOP or equity portion to TC at Slalom? Thought I had heard that somewhere. Also, how’s the 401k match?
The 401k match is now on par with most companies, but still lags most consulting firms.
