Have a final round interview with the CEO of a startup (~300 person company) - assuming the job is mine, what question would you be asking to make sure this is the place you want to join? Any help appreciated!

I’m called for a 2nd interview with the PM! & I’m sure it would be lots of behavioural questions? Anyone been through next steps in interviews and what kind of behavioural questions were asked. My interview is Monday coming through WebEx ! I hope I don’t suck :(

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
