I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Real answer: go in not caring what the end result is - like you got the interview once - worst case you have to apply again
You get nervous cause you care too much about it or you feel like you may lose something but reality is you don’t even have it yet - so stop valuing a future that doesn’t exist in reality besides in your head
That last part was powerful.

Honestly managing nerves are part of the interview itself, this job requires you to be able to push nerves out of the way and perform in stressful situation. And to echo BA1, you gotta just have a no care attitude, it’s just a job, it’s not life or death
