Um, don't interview if you are not ready to move should you actually like the place and people enough to accept a decent offer?
Why is it not the right time now?
To clarify, this place took slightly longer to get back with a decision and in the interim, another option landed that is more aligned with short term goals.
Sa you are witching too often. Just pick the one where you see yourself long term.

Are you PwC? Was this offer from a PE firm.
P4 - yes, a part of the PwC network :) Not PE. Not switching often either. But want to keep the other option option for later as it offers much better work-life balance and internal mobility. Short term - I can stretch myself for another year and continue the steep learning curve.
