What general accounting interview questions can I expect for a IA Manager role in a tech company that is new to SOX?

Hey ladies.. my fiancé and i moved to the US 3 years ago and all our close friends and family are back in our home country. We are planning to get married in CA, only civil ceremony at the city hall and want to have the big wedding in our home country.
