After 4 years working on the same team being the only 1 designer for all design related matters, ~230 projects, directed many of them with talented artist, studios.
Approximately 60-70hrs a week. No time for vacation, always working over weekends, no holiday break (there’s no back up).
I’m still rated as junior - low level designer ;)
I was told that I’m not experienced enough because I didn’t learn from any directors.
