Have a ton of Aeroplan points saved up. Debating whether to save them for travel or use them for an Apple Watch. Any tips? Is it generally better value to use them for travelling?

Typically value of the points from highest to lowest is:
1. Travel
2. Gift cards
3. Products (eg. Apple Watch)

Depends on any additional offers they’re running though. Easy enough for you to do a quick check and see what the average value of a point is worth.

I’m looking start a new career as a marketing consultant/strategist. I was a mechanical engineer for about 9 years and then took a few years to travel, study marketing, and do some freelance digital marketing work.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any agencies that are hiring marketing consultants/strategists that I could look into. Thanks!

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
