With adequate rest intervals, food & hydration, protection from the sun, you’re good to go I think.

Is she near the size when she’s full grown? I’d say best to check with your vet to see to avoid any risk of growth plate injuries while she’s still growing.

I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’ve been presented with a portfolio analyst role they have created for me (was told not to apply for a PM role) . The offer is for $100k, is this reasonable?
