I have offer from HCL for Lead consultant in E2 band..is this E2.1 or E2.2 band or E2.3 band? And how many years to get promoted from e2.1 to E2.3

I cant afford to live in NY anymore and need to move bc my landlord is selling the house.

I don't think I have enough time to buy a home. I have less than 2 months to move.

I think relocating is my best option and just renting something in Denver, CO or Tampa, Fla. I'm an early 30s f and would be living alone.
