So I’ve been working for a full service marketing agency for 5 years and absolutely love the work that I’ve done while working there. However, my salary is not where it should be. I’ve asked for raises and have gotten them but it’s still under 60k 🙂 not acceptable. The company I work for is very small so I understand why I can’t be where I should be. I love working with my co workers and im afraid leaving a team I’ve grown with to start a new job. Not sure why I feel so guilty about this
Previous Big 4 🐠s who moved to Slalom, how has your experience been? Type of projects, culture, compensation, PTO difference. I do tech implementations if that matters

Anyone interview with Stackline or know people working there? Tech looks cool but reviews on Glassdoor are fairly polarizing
Looking for some advice from fellow fishes here. How important do you all think it is to have a second baby ? We have a 2 year old now and we are trying for our 2nd. We have been trying for over a year now and started fertility treatment recently. I am not looking forward to IUI, IVF etc especially since we don’t have any much help and my husband and I both have full time jobs. Is it a deal breaker for our kid not to have a sibling ? Is it going to be worth the pain to go through fertility?
I am a second year AM product analyst in one of the Asia cities and applying HF company asia branch as a client service position now. What do you do to motivate yourself when you need to work on the weekend? I’m having a hard time getting started today (doesn’t help that I’ve worked every weekend for months now). Part of it is that I left the hard part of a project for last, but mostly I just don’t feel like working on a Sunday.
When applying for a new role, how do your companies “level out” the difference in years of working at a competitor vs climbing up the ranks? Are all years of consulting experience seen as “equal”?
MBB Fish, do any of you work in practices where you consult legal departments? Is it usually part of a larger transformation initiative or focused?
Does PwC do salary negotiations? I have a 100k offer from another big 4 firm as a 2nd year associate in a risk assurance group. I generated revenue for the firm so I'm sure they'll budge to a degree.
I work in corp tax but can’t see myself doing this for the rest of my life, neither in PA nor in industry. Has anyone had experience successfully transitioning into another non tax role? If so, what role are you in now and any tips on how you were able to get out of your “tax brand”? Im depressed because i dont find joy in my position, but don’t want to risk quitting during this economic situation. I know MBA is an option but the pressure of “M7 or bust” is taking a toll on me.
