Is this a portco? I mean seems like a good gig especially if you’re looking at a 2-3 yr horizon. If anything it’s a lot of cash regardless of what you were at before
A1 - Just redid the math again. It's 40-50% increase in base, with an additional 10-15% variable comp. Plus a generous signing bonus... But didn't include that in the calculations since it's a one-time thing.
