Have an interview at Kroll for an analyst position within TAS. Anyone have any insights on the interview process?

Not formal very laid back interview. You will probably interview 3 team members. They may ask you technical accounting questions but I would avoid over preparation as you may sound robotic. I would recommend you research what people do in FDD overall and wait for any accounting questions if any. For an analyst role they may look to know more about your excel skills. Good luck

FDD or a speciality group?

FDD

Depends on the interviewer. They’ll probably ask some questions to see if you understand accounting and FDD. What are examples of non-revenue related deposits? What is a QoE? How does NWC affect purchase price? Etc.

Transfers, inter-company deposits, refunds, rebates, other income, etc.

How did it go?

How did your interview go? I'm also interviewing for an Analyst role within TAS and had two of my interviews today and the last one tomorrow.

It was super conversational and they barely asked any behavioral or technical questions and was more about my experience working at previous firms, although I did talk about the FDD process and the buzz words like QoE, NWC, etc.

Any chance you would be open to sending me a DM? Not enough stars to message

Hi- just wanted to follow up on this, I currently have an interview with Kroll for an Analyst position with Kroll, what was the interview like? Any tips for an auditior looking to break into TAS?

I interviewed at this company and everyone seemed to really like me and were moving a lightning speed. I then met the VP of finance and apparently he said they may needed someone with more experience but hiring manager thought I was a great fit . I didn’t hear anything for a few days and then last Thursday they asked me to submit my references, (Friday they called) Since then, it’s been a week and haven’t heard anything. I haven’t received an offer letter not a rejection email. Im so confused.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.
