I had a recruiter reach out to me from Google 3 years ago about a role she thought I would be good for. She really advocated for me to be in the role but the hiring managers didn’t feel like I was qualified.
We had a discussion and she gave me a lot of good feedback on how I could be a stronger candidate and encouraged me to reach out to her directly for future opportunities. Fast forward to now, I’ve gained a lot of experience and skills. Should I reach out even though it’s been 3 years?
Anyone knows Huron interview process?

Be yourself and don’t over prepare. Just know a few key stories and write down good questions to ask. That’s it! I over prepared for an interview and it was the worst one I gave. Haven’t prepared for any since and just completed two final rounds for interviews (wish me luck! I should hear back from both this week!)

Update for you! I got two job offers - one with a fortune50 and one with a much smaller PE owned company. Went with the smaller company for the $ and the exposure. It’s going to be a challenge but I feel like I’m doing the right thing and not selling myself short by going the easy way out and cruising in a large org. I’m gonna push myself to be a boss lady for the next year or two and exit for something bigger and better. You got this! Network, make connections, get LinkedIn premium and APPLY for EVERYTHING!!!
Can certainly relate, no tips lol
