Got to interview a candidate for Mid senior role... candidate has listed exactly 53 projects on his resume in last 5 year.. kind of shocked to see someone would write each and every ..small and large projects.. 14 YOE .9 page resume ..😭

Started a new job and the people on my team have “passion projects.” Haven’t figured out mine since I’m new. One of my coworkers is asking for me take on one of his that is essentially just admin work and not related to my job. Used to have high visibility with leadership (why he wanted it) and now doesn’t. My boss says “I’ll love this work” which I’m confused by. How would you handle this? Want to be a team player but also don’t want to take on work that is admin and doesn’t play into my role.

I was sent an Excel skills test to complete as part of a job interview process (through Test Genius if it matters). I've had some assessments in Excel that I've bombed, and I've aced off the top of my head. I'd like to get in a quick review before taking this assessment, but I'm worried about not being prepared.
