Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Hi. I would appreciate any advice on this. I have been working in TCS for 3 years in Support domain. I have completed my PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics. I have been trying to get placed in Accenture. I applied last November as a referral to Accenture. However, my resume was rejected. I thought it was because I was not serving notice period and still studying my PGP. However, I have completed my degree now and am looking to switch over. (In comments) Accenture

went through the recruiting process recently, my response to these questions was something along the lines of below:
"I can't be sure where I will end up in 5 years, but in the short term, I am excited to be part of your company and learn XYZ skills (list out what attracted you to said company) since it is lacking in my current experience."
It’s kind of a ridiculous question, because there’s no way you’d ever give an honest answer. Just say the thing you know they want to hear. You’re looking for a good long term fit, you like their company and would like to continue to grow your career there. Etc etc
