I'm working in a company that I like, but I'm been quite underpaid. We recruited a new recruiter with a salary 25% more than the one I'm in. I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.

I’ve recently left the world of consulting and joined a tech startup and my role is to build partnerships with consulting companies and SIs. My working hypothesis is that referral bonuses won’t be enough of an incentive in formalizing a partnership with the likes of Deloitte Digital. You all make your money on implementation but our product is pretty simple right now and easy to implement. How else can startups create relationships with you? My current is exp 3yrs and tech stack in DevOps
I have completed all rounds with RBEI and HR discussion went well (yet to receive offer). My current CTC is 5L and I hold 2 offers of 11L (incl 10% VP) and I sent them counter offer letters and not sure if they will match my CTC or not.
