I want my bonus at the end of November. Plus if you take PTO instead of payout, I still get health coverage, stock purchase plan, 401(k) contribution, etc
Do you get paid out on unused PTO? If yes the latter might be a better option as you won’t burn too many bridges while getting time off & making money

Why not give your notice, take 1-2 months off (unpaid) then collect your PTO payout check to cover the 1-2 months?

Yup- you loose everything over 240 tomorrow (unless I’m California you will get paid out).
I think it is ok to take the two months and give your notice during that period. If you yolo and take two months off and they can’t see that you’re about to jump ship, then that is on them 😂

The company? No. But the people I work with in my practice, yes.
Accenture is a fine place to be if you’re effectively networked. You don’t want to burn bridges going elsewhere. I want the option of coming back in the future.
