Have an offer to interview at MBB but am simply not ready as haven’t had any practice fir case interviews and still super shaky on my structuring. Should I try to delay or confront the inevitable?

Can someone give me insight on completing projects for interviews? I’ve interviewed for a very associate level role that pays ~65k. The interview went well but now they want me to not only do a SWOT analysis on the company as well as present for 45 minutes on a 4 person panel. I’ve done assessments before for interviews but this seems a little excessive based on the role (eCommerce specialist) and pay range. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Has this happened to anyone? Where you go through the interview process - and they call you back saying you did great in the interview and that you'd be a great fit but the role has been filled. So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.

As an interviewer, I find it very awkward when an interviewee has on a button-up with a tie and jacket. Heck, even just a button-up. Why do you wear that at home? Put your polo on, relax a little, and don't sit their like a stiff in your apartment bedroom with a fake background.

Seeking advice pls- I’m looking at new roles for various reasons, one being that where I am at is not a healthy environment. I had an interview and everything for the most part was nice, but I didn’t like how my interviewer cursed a couple of times as part of the conversation.
