Hello. I’ve recently scheduled an interview for a position as an assistant US attorney, in the civil division. Can anyone give me insight into the nature of this position? The work load / type (the job posting was so broad), the environment, expectations, the opportunity for advancement, etc. I am 4 years post grad, currently practicing in private insurance defense. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
I would delay. I took an interview when I wasn’t ready, in hindsight I should’ve delayed and practiced
Delay it. I’ve stretched it out like three months due to work and family reasons and I’ve found enough pockets of time to get proficient at casing.
You can only case so much and prepare so much, imo. As a SM, I think you should be fine with some prep assuming you are not new to management consulting.
