Chronic anxiety...this job certainly exacerbates it, I won’t lie. I try to deal with it through medication and stress management, but honestly it persists. Some days I just feel like buckling but somehow I stay afloat - I tell myself I can do it and it keeps me somewhat going.
Are you taking cbd or anything
Panic disorder and general anxiety.
Lots of dank and meditation. Occasionally, I'll take a Klonopin. I also see a therapist every couple of months. My anxiety had gotten better as I've gotten older but will likely never go away completely.
I was also on klonopin but it stopped working, additionally the long term effects were terrifying
I have a chronic disease; not traveling helped and I sleep whenever I can. I don’t work with toxic people and changed my Counselor as she’s known to be toxic and showed me some troubling precedents late last year.
It’s about setting boundaries and listening to your body - it can be done.
Also, I work on Sunday’s to lighten my work load during the week and it’s more productive. It’s worked by being organized as I’m currently on 2 projects with 3 internal initiatives. Granted my social life is virtually non existent however listening to your body and setting boundaries works well!
I started having anxiety especially on Sunday nights.. I would sweat like crazy all night and would not sleep it was horrible... sometimes I had paranoia too. It got better with time, as I switched firms and travelled less, had a better environment.
Not major byt I get panic attacks now. I learned to recognize when one is coming and go into a relaxed state. It's triggered more easily when I lack enough sleep for 2 weeks.
No one is having physical issues?
You really need to get that checked. Loss of strength in muscle/muscle wasting is a side effect of that same issue. It could be anxiety but ...I mean is that a risk you want to take? It’s so scary.
