Hello all, I m sharing a bad experience with UST Global and wanted to know your input in such scenario. I was interviewed for ofsaa role and it went well. 7th day I got a call from HR confirming me on my selection. I was happy as somehow we agreed on one figure also. She mentioned that offer will be released in 2 days. But after that no show. after 1 month HR picked my call and mentioned my profile was not approved by business as I dnt have much experience as required. What should I do now.

I joined an adult hip hop class after having not danced since I was a young kid. It was a blast. I was not good at all, but everyone in the class was at the same level and we all just had a good time. If it’s something you’re interested in, go for it!

That sounds so fun!! I want to be in an environment with no judgment so I’m looking forward to it

I think as long as your reasons make sense, it’s never too late to start anything. By that I mean, if you’re going in to dance as an adult with the intention of becoming a professional in a company, that’s going to be a difficult road. If you’re doing it because it’s fun, or exercise you enjoy or artistic expression then there is no too late. Do it and enjoy!

It would just be for fun and a nice form of exercise!

Have fun!!! Go for it
I went to an adult ballet class after about 12 years away and no training in that time. It was a mixed group, most people are there for fun and personal fulfillment, not to judge your technique etc. I say go and enjoy! I’ve been missing it again and want to go back at some point.

This is similar to my situation. I’m definitely going to do it now! I hope you go back at some point!
Yes I did this! Picked up ballet again in my late 30s. The studio I went to was so much fun and totally judgment-free.
