Yes, for everything that is free to do on CC, I do this. I figure if I don’t use a rewards card everything is 1-3% more expensive bc the cost of the business paying the CC fees is built into every price. If you pay cash/debit, you’re just paying more than me to subsidize me.
I also used to churn for bonuses, but that got exhausting.
I pay for almost everything with credit card, except for property tax, mortgage, HOA, and electric/gas. I pay the statement balances off every month. Typically have 3 cards that I use regularly for different benefits and maximizing benefits. Everything is auto pay so mostly, I never had to think about it.

Everything that doesn’t charge a fee, yes.
I would say a very high percentage of us are in this bucket!!

Wish I could pay rent with CC without the 4% fee the management company asks for!

No only ACH
People with credit cards don’t do this? You’d be missing out on the sweet sweet rewards

The Dave Ramsey types have a point—the convenience of a credit card probably causes most people to spend much more than they otherwise would. That being said, I still use CCs lol
I even pay my rent with CC. The leasing company charges 1.7% so I’m well ahead if I use a card with 2% cash back

Yes that’s what I do for ease of paying bills and charges . Great for points , but I hate seeing the large intro month balance
Yep! What I’ve done since I got my first credit card. You just need to have the mentality that your CC is a purchasing card you pay of every month
Yep - works pretty good if you’re disciplined. Recommend setting a strong budget before trying this though.
I do this but take it the extreme and pay off any balance on the card at least weekly so I mentally internalize the cash leaving my checking account.
Definitely plus I use my wife’s card for Amazon (5%) she uses my target card (5%) plus we have our regular cards which automatically are paid in full.

Hello, are you me? We have Amazon (5%), Target (5%), VS ($25 on every ~200 spend), Walmart (3%)...plus our regular cards. I clean out the balances before cycle end.
Always? Event rent goes on the American Airlines CC and paid in full monthly
Yep
I pay everything I can with a credit card. I have multiple cards to maximize the amount of points/rewards. I track the balance through Mint and make sure I stay within budget to pay it all off at the end of the month.
Yeah. Have a handful of cards all used for certain things. As long as you spend within your means it shouldn’t be an issue.
I think of my CC’s as debit cards. If I don’t have the money in my bank account I don’t spend it
Always. And optimize which card I’m using to earn the most rewards (e.g., groceries, gas, travel, dining, etc.)

I thought everyone did this. I just have an auto payment for my full balance in the due date.
Yes, use credit responsibly and live within your means
