I spent two as a Sr before promo to manager. I'll tell you, it was a rough two years. But I then parlayed that manager role into a director role in industry. So I'm now in woefully over my head and making bank...
Came in as an exp Assoc.
You mean get hired as a manager - your post is unclear OP
Good to know thanks for the info!
P4, P3 may very well be me

Did you come in as Exp or were you hired as a Sr? And that's awesome you went to director in industry. All fishes know how to swim!
P2 - are a director in a bank ?
Fuck man, I feel your pain. I'm grinding as an exp senior and now seemingly directionless from the whirlwind of crap ive been through.
I bet I know you p3
EA here with more experience than most SAs, grind is real.. but still a better trajectory than where I was..
