Could be something an endocrinologist can help with
Ugh I'm sorry. I'm approaching 40 and in the same exact boat. I just had my thyroid tested, lupus test, and rh testing. I'm not giving up. I noticed it's 100000x worse after I ovulate.
I had the exact same issues that you described and I changed to a female primary care (previously had been male) she not only listened to me and really took interest in all my symptoms, even despite all my blood test were normal, she put me on a low dose of Prozac. It is non habit forming and works differently than most other meds out there. I can say it’s been a night and day difference for me on all levels!!!! Especially around my menstrual cycle, it has cleared up my hormonal acne, my stress levels are down and I feel much more balanced internally on all levels, if that makes any sense. I would advocate for changing providers and seeing if there are better treatment options for you. Don’t stop advocating for yourself. Hormones play a major role as we age. You know when you feel out of whack, don’t ignore it!
