I work for a multi- stage life care community. I believe my job is important. But my employer doesn't. I want to make more, but there is nowhere to go from this position. The only advantage is that im the only one who understands the Inventory and order system. Im looking for another job but Im not finding much success. What can I do?

Does it mean anything specifically when a company/firm reposts their position? I went on a phone screen and it went really well (so I thought) and got the interview with a AmLaw200 firm. I thought the interview went okay but then 8 days later no contact and I saw that they reposted the position. I’ve had my position for almost 8 months and I’m ready to leave but that’s another story.

Any New Mexico fish on this bowl? My spouse and I vacationed in NM in spring 2021 and absolutely loved it. I’ve been wracking my mind trying to figure out what to get my bridesmaids as gifts but ultimately think giving them each money for their dress will be the most helpful and useful gift. Is there a way to get feedback from interviewers / recruiters after getting axed final round? Have emailed both groups multiple times over the past weeks to no avail.

Those of you who run interviews at MBB. Does background matter after you get interview at MBB? Or its all about performance. Like if you go to an interview with 7-10 years work experience and you have your interview in the same day as couple of M7 MBA students have . Can you get rejected because they have better options in terms of background?

Just got an interview at BCG!! I know I’m overthinking this, and this probably doesn’t matter at all, but is there any strategy for what interview slot I should take? I was given a choice of 4: first thing, before lunch, after lunch, and end of the day

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game.
