Trying to leave to industry ASAP. Tired of the lifestyle. Where do I look? Is this normal? Have other consultants been in similar positions and what did you guys do...

Don’t aim for anything with too much responsibility or ownership. Consulting experience teaches tactics not how to do something at same level of success as someone who has done this for years . You won’t be happy.
Also, don’t get caught up in the oo I have experience so I deserve this. You don’t , you will get work you work hard for
