Have been interviewing for a Program Manager role at Uber and process has been excruciatingly long, 3-4 weeks between every step and I have to reach out for updates multiple times in between each of them. Do I just have a bad recruiter on the role? Normal for the company? Or expected with the impending recession?

What are some exit ops from a controller role at a smaller $60M revenue company? I don't know if I want to continue down the controller path. The finance side doesn't interest me as much as I thought it would.

I just accepted an IR associate role with a PE firm that is an amazing opportunity. More than doubles my pay (210 TC) and still doesn’t feel real. I’m usually a very confident person but I was somewhat pessimistic in the process because I didn’t expect to get the role or that I’d see that income at 24. Earlier I resolved travel queries through calls/emails, but now my role is to analyse travel spending on Amex cards. Now I want to remain in analysis field and grow. I currently only use SQL, Power-BI and MS-Suite. What should I learn further? Which tools or is there a course I should do? I’ve only done Graduation and thinking of doing PGDM in Data Analytics or BI.

I feel a lot of peer pressure. Many of my peers work on weekends which is an absolute no-go for me. While I grind during the week (between 50-60 hours), I refuse to catch up on the things I didn’t have time during the week on the weekend. I’m scared that my development will be worse compared to my peers in the mid-run. Overall, I don’t care much where I am in the comparison rats-race but it still makes me feel bad when someone says “I did this over the weekend”.

My Last working date at Wipro is 12th of june 2022, So How tax will be calculated for the financial year 2022-2023. My CTC is 8.4L
I will be working only 3 months for this financial year and in April month payslip i can see 6K deducted for tax and in the IT projection it shows around 30k tax deduction gonna happen. I will be joining another Firm in same june month
