Have been working at a t2 for about a year and want to try lateraling to mbb. Anyone have a good resume template for describing consulting jobs?

Feeling that I never land an offer from Google. I have tried many times and in my last try, I passed phone screening but recruiter ghosted me...
I am not sure what is wrong...
When I apply with referral, my resume always pass screening and shared with managers. But then no response.
When I get feedback on my resume and experience, people always mention "impressive". I feel desperate...Being in less challenging role at Amazon makes everything worse.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I’ll of course prep for the interviews but am afraid to burn potential bridges if I ultimately decline because I’m still figuring things out.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
