Have cried multiple times this weekend about the week ahead and literally curled into a ball on the floor today and cried about tomorrow being Monday. Have been working 17-18 hour days on my current project and I can barely get through the days. I feel like death most days just due to sleep deprivation. Really want to start practicing living in the present and not thinking about future tasks to do/hours but it's hard. Any other advice to get through the days?

Several years ago, before I was in consulting, I ended up on suicide watch, driven largely by a number of unexpected and unfortunate stressful events.

It's been a hell of year for everyone, and honestly I'm proud that I've been able to get through it as well as I have (not super well, but well enough).

I don't have a question or anything, but wanted to share in this bowl to be an example and show that even if the situation isn't always great, it's possible to overcome your challenges.
