8 months of WFH sedentary life has finally made me gain a noticeable amount of weight for the first time in over a decade. Clothes aren’t fitting. I feel bloated and gross. I’ve never really had to figure out healthy lifestyle because I walked so much by default every day and have a fast metabolism. Feeling a little lost and depressed. Have any of you figured out good solutions for rebuilding health in this weird environment?

Starting a 30 day detox on Monday. No alcohol / other substances, gluten and dairy free diet, going hard on the workouts. Kind of like hard 75 but we’ll see how the 30 days goes. Send prayers 😂
