Can anyone recommend good language to add to a resume that highlights hands on case management? I’ve got 2yrs experience doing ID, so I’ve actively managed my own case load, taken and defended depos, minor mediations, minor court hearings. I draft all of my own motions (no substantive motion practice or trial exp though). Managing partner usually covers the more difficult oral arguments, mediations, expert depos, etc.

Can interns get a day off if needed? Something important came up and I don’t want to miss it, but I also don’t want to impact my chances of getting a full time offer or how my team will react.

Why companies don’t even consider candidates with OPT? :( I feel they really don’t even look at my candidate profile when they read I will require sponsorship in the future.
As a data analyst I have a STEM OPT that allows me to work here in the US for up to 3 years (a lot of time to prove myself or even pivot my career and change of company for them not to worry about sponsoring me) but still I feel they don’t care. MOST companies, I should say.

I have so much left over and I know so many women pay out of pocket. Please let me know if there is some type of exchange that exists. Has anybody used inito/Mira/etc and actually be successful conceiving? We are already seeing RE but I would love to supplement with at home tests, if they are worth it. All the reviews I read are about people who love tracking data but nothing substantial on whether it helped conceive or not.

TTC since 6 months with no success. 31 year old. Hubby’s semen analysis came back normal so we starting my testing. Just got AMH results and it is 6.52. Is this high? Always have regular periods so not sure if I should be worried? Talking to RE next week.

I have a question about egg freezing - if you still have high ovarian reserve, do you necessarily still need to take injections to increase the number of eggs that can be extracted per cycle? TIA!

Had my baseline blood draw yesterday for my first IVF cycle. My doctor said we had about a 1-4 day window to start stims. Today, I got results back from my baseline stating that my estrogen levels are too high to start stims. Has anyone else had this happen before? Is there anything I should be doing/taking to lower it before stims?

I have had three FETs, three pregnancies, and 2 miscarriages around 6 weeks. I have my 6 week ultrasound tomorrow for the third pregnancy and I am terrified. I didn’t even want to make the appointment.

Just got my payout of the pathways to parenthood benefit at EY. Took over 12 weeks and only got thru by escalating and chasing multiple times per week over the last two months. Glad to have the benefit but frustrating it was so challenging.

I am looking for some insight on multi embryo for IVF. I am going through my second cycle.
In my first cycle, there was one embryo that did not stick. There was some hcg identified in blood but progress was too slow and hcg hardly went over 8 in 21 days.
This cycle is have 5 fertilized eggs and if atleast two of them make it to day 5, then I am going to ask to have both of them implanted for IVF. Can anyone please share their experience with having multiple embryos implanted?

How do you respond to people asking you when you are having kids? I had a miscarriage a couple years ago and am currently struggling with infertility. It’s so painful when people ask that question so I’m looking for a go-to response to change the subject.

First post-transfer blood work came back with “ok” progesterone reading. Doc wants to supplement with pills before bed. Any recommendations of how to boost progesterone? Is there something before or after the shot that can be done to increase effects?

Got pregnant through Letrazole + Ovidrel IUI and my doctor has me on estrogen 2mg 3 times a day and progesterone 200mg 2 times a day. I’m week 7 and already am or feel huge. I’m so paranoid these hormones are making me gain so much unnecessary weight in my first trimester. I’ve been eating the same and literally none of my pants fit. Will my body readjust when I finally hit week 10 and can hopefully be off both hormones? Any advice here?
