Good question folk . 1. Make sure team is clear on the expectations & delivery timelines. 2. Give Freedon to them, don't micro manage or bother when reportee is coming online or going offline if they are delivering on time and attending requiredmeetings. 3. Appreciate their good work on wider platform and scold them one to one call if situation demands so .
Build a relationship with them as an individual! Make sure to understand their working style and respect when they need space to do their work. Build trust not fear!
Make sure everyone understands expectations and don't let it go to your head (keep a good attitude).
I think it would be beneficial for you to do a good analysis by taking their opinions.
