Have my team member working for me. What can I do to make sure they have the best experience possible?

Be clear with your instructions and stay positive make sure they're having fun as well

Good question folk . 1. Make sure team is clear on the expectations & delivery timelines. 2. Give Freedon to them, don't micro manage or bother when reportee is coming online or going offline if they are delivering on time and attending requiredmeetings. 3. Appreciate their good work on wider platform and scold them one to one call if situation demands so .

Build a relationship with them as an individual! Make sure to understand their working style and respect when they need space to do their work. Build trust not fear!

Make sure everyone understands expectations and don't let it go to your head (keep a good attitude).

I think it would be beneficial for you to do a good analysis by taking their opinions.

I’m coming down with a fever and cough. My risk of COVID-19 is very low (no recent intl travel). Can I just sit this out or am I under some sort of obligation to report this to a doctor for testing?

Deloitte bans air travel for two weeks. I expect the other firms to follow quickly.
