I have 15 days left in my joining in IBM at 7B. Total exp-7 yrs. CCTC-18lacs(including 10% variable) Current IBM offer - 21LPA. Counter offer is -28.5 including fixed component 25.7Lacs. My dog has become more territorial and aggressive in the past year and I don’t know why. He is a 7 year old shihtzu. If he hears another dog outside when we’re at home, he gets stressed and starts huffing and puffing and running back and forth. He hates the FedEx delivery people and I’m not sure why. He has also recently started lunging and snipping at other people’s feet if they get too close. Cont’d in comments . . .

Does anyone think it’s safe to drop your dog off to get groomed? She part collie and her undercoat sheds bad. And she’s also just super hairy at the moment.
